George Chiala Farms, Inc.
specializes in the production of prepared vegetable ingredients, offering many Certified Kosher and Certified Organic options. Annually, the farm processes over 120 million pounds of vegetable ingredients each year, which requires approximately 150 million pounds of raw vegetables. Throughout the past 43 years (George Chiala Sr. started farming in 1973), the farm has gained access to the highest grade vegetables in many world markets, and has also expanded their own farming operations. Today, they grow a wide assortment of conventional and organic fruits and vegetables throughout California.
